You may not know,
but I've gone to Malaysia for my very first family trip overseas.
And it's during school term.
praise the Lord for my special case to be excused from school. :)
So my family and I've been to Cameron Highlands first then to Genting Highlands.
both highlands, aye. haha.
both are indeed high, and very cold brrr.
So here are some of the photos that I've taken over at our neighbouring country!

This picture is hilarious. The words are hilarious.
It was actually taken at the toilet entrance in a chinese coffeeshop at Cameron.
so what does these words actually mean?
those who are not in house costumes must pay 50 sen?
so much for going to a toilet.

and this was taken outside along my hotel, where they plant pretty flowers and plants to beautify the whole place. The weather wasn't very good when we went to Cameron, it was raining almost everyday! :/
But what I like was the water droplets that hung on the spider web, forming like some bowl-shaped thingee. nicee.

And this is a rose! It was planted very near the flowers above too.
It has nice "dew" effects because of the rain!
I like. =)

And this, is the famous terraced plantation!
it may seem kinda small and you can get from one end to another in like a few mins time,
it is actually not.
It is omg-ishly huge.
It takes ages to get across!
okay so our first day we got on an agricultural tour.
Nothing much for the agri tour,
Just the chrysanthemum plantation, then to flower farms, then strawberry farms to pluck your own strawberries, then cactus farms, then fresh hydroponically grown veggies.

This flower is unique from the rest of the flowers because of its double color on the petals which is something that we don't see commonly on flowers.
There were even blue flowers and neon orange flowers.
It was really an eye-opener for me. OO,

So this is like half of the strawberries we've plucked from the strawberry farm.
The other half was already eaten on the way back to our hotel apartment.
It tasted really fresh, with dashes of sourness yet sweetness!
simply awesome. X)

What's cool without eating hot freshly fried Roti Prata at cold places?
We had this for lunch during the 2nd day where we just traveled free and easy around the hotel.
The prata guy actually requested for me to take pictures of him making his prata.
So he was like flinging his prata dough around and around like a pro then expected me to take pictures of him. so I did.
But I think I was more focused on the food than him HAH. :X
One thing of prata different from Singapore prata is that in Malaysia,
they actually tore the prata into bite-size pieces before serving it to us.
and the prata was really crispy!
the rest were same as Singapore's.
:)
on the third day, we packed and moved on to Genting.
We got to sit on 5-star rated buses whereby it was double-decked and around 18 passengers only!
such luxury.
but the thing was that,
I puked on the bus itself while the bus winded down the road at Cameron.
I just simply ate too much for the buffet breakfast.
poor uncle who had to clear my puke for me. :/
and for a first time after so so many years that my dad actually stood up to help me clear up my mess!
felt really really touched. >.<
so we've reached Genting in about 4 hours' time.
And it was super packed full of people from all over the world.
And raining!
And smoking their way through like nobody's business!
These already started to dampen my mood.
so we had to stay in Genting for 4 days 3 nights.

took my first cable car ride ever on day 3.
Genting is quite famous for its theme park with outdoor rides and such.
but see the fog?
so the whole 4 days were actually covered with it.
plus the rain.
no theme park to play for 4 days.
so me, my sis and my bro actually played arcade for 4 consecutive days.
it may seem to be a luxury,
but I think it's wasting time.
the machines soon became so limited, and the kids increasing more and more due to the weekends,
poofs.

me and my sis chose machines that gave out tickets to play.
so the above receipt with the number *1574* is actually the amount of tickets we got while playing for the 4 days.
so we exchanged it for 2 plushie puppets each, and my bro some stationery which was so not worth it. haha.
on the way back home to Singapore finally!
the bus ride was actually 8+ hours.
my dad says the driver does not know the roads at all.
kept taking extra routes and U-turns for nothing. =.=
but we saw cattle!
even though it was among modern buildings and such.
what a rare sight for us!
==,

and I took this while on the way home.
random, but yeah.
this trip was a bonding session for me and my dad I guess.
me and my mum,
most of the time she was pms-ing hahaha.
always rushing us for breakfast buffet at 8am worried that we might not get food when we get down later than that.
but what's the worry?
and she gets upset at very trivial matters.
sheesh. :X
Daddy, bless my mum with wisdom and understanding as of You God has always been,
that through this it shall not glorify anyone but Jesus and His finished works, amen.
yup.
so this roughly marks my time overseas at Malaysia with my family.
=)
